POLLEN

- Avoid Early Ventures Outside
Avoid going outside between 5-10am. This is when the pollen count is the highest. If you have a pollen allergy, the safest times to go out are late afternoon and immediately after rain.

- Keep Indoor Humidity Low

- Let Your Child Sleep With a Washable Stuffed Animal

- Replace Old Mattresses

The CRI recommends vacuuming floor coverings once a week; Pet areas; twice a week. Vacuuming furniture is just as important. This can put a lot of wear and tear on your vacuum.
